My streaming journey.

I started streaming on Twitch on 16 September 2023 and became affiliated on 12 October 2023. I decided to start streaming because I’ve loved playing games since I was seven, and I also enjoy being in front of the camera, interacting, and connecting with people. I started this as a passion project because I wanted to entertain others while having fun and meeting new people.

Although streaming can be challenging since it requires consistency and constant growth, reaching milestones along the way feels incredibly rewarding. Even though it’s currently just a hobby, I believe that if I continue working hard and improving, I could potentially turn streaming into something more meaningful for me.

This is my Twitch profile and I go by the name of Shino/Sheeno. I am rather a chaotic and loud person on stream (as you can tell from my content). Though I don't have a lot of followers, but I definitely hit unexpected milestones along the way and made many new friends and streamers. I have collaborated with gankedbyoniichan, kewpiii & DivinityVT. These streamers are based in Singapore, and they are rather quite known in the Singapore Twitch community.

On March 2024, I hit one of my milestones which was hitting 500 followers on Twitch, so I decided to host something called a 'subathon'. 

Subathon is basically when viewers can decide how long you will be streaming for by adding a custom amount of time each time they subscribe, gift a sub, cheer with bits or donate. However, in my case, I capped it for about 2 days only.

When I was planning my subathon, I thought putting a 200 sub goal was more than enough, and I thought I would hit that sub goal. Surprisingly on the second day, I managed to hit over 200 subs and completed every sub goals that I listed in the picture.

I basically managed to earn over $400 in revenue!

I started uploading TikTok videos on my gaming content account on 28 February 2023 and this was my first so-called, "viral" video that has over 11k views and 1.2k likes!

And this is my second 'viral' video that has over 48k views and 5k likes. I wasn't expecting it to lowkey blow up as I simply just uploaded clips of myself having fun with my friends. But this definitely made me gain more motivation to continue pushing out content.
